Chad Reiss asked me to sign a blank title and I refused. We agreed to to hand write the out-of-state title (I live in Wyoming). Further, he would not allow me to title it in the name of my trust. I was surprised that he was an attorney and knew the laws of Wyoming. Still he refused and now I will have to title the car twice.

This is the third Toyota that I have purchased from this location. Mr Jacobs understood that I wanted to replace exactly the Highlander Hybrid that I had previously owned. He was able check the incoming vehicles and suggest several that matched. The vehicle came in exactly on time. I also brought in a colleague who need a vehicle and choose one similar to mine. Service was fine. What I didn't appreciate was that shortly after dropping my vehicle off for service, I received an unsolicited text (assuming from the sales manager) stating that the dealer wanted to buy it from me. Caroline was very helpful and personable and made sure my needs were met. It's difficult to find good customer service these days and my experience with Caroline and McDonald Toyota of Greeley renewed my faith in this area. I had previously taken my 2024 Rav4 to another dealer for warranty maintenance, but I found them to be very dishonest. I can't/won't do business with a dishonest dealer. Although the service provided was great - the service advisor experience was marginal at best. She did not know what she was doing. And although the service manager initially expressed concern for my concerns, he never did fully follow up - even after I reached out again a few times. Very disappointed,

When I scheduled appointment I informed who I spoke with that I needed our volume knob replaced, regular mileage maintenance and check plastic base of drivers seat due to cracking. Appointment was confirmed with those details but at our appointment the volume knob could not be replaced and we need to come back. Our check engine light came on for our 2007 RAV4 and they did a thorough check to determine the cause. One of the cylinders has developed a leak that they fixed. We've always gotten good service from them.

Tonya was super friendly and when she found out it was my first time there she personally walked me around showing me where everything was so I was comfortable during my wait. When time to leave she went through the invoice explaining everything that was done.

Need to explain better what is going to be done. Went I. For oil change but only did tires. Was not told oil change is only done when car says. It is a new car to me and I did not know it was a longer time for oil changes. Because of wait they made it right.

Went in for oil change I asked them to check my front tire and replace a light bulb in my front headlight. They replaced the bulb but during their 24 point inspection they never did check my tire as they would have noticed ever single tire was reading different and my front tire is still low guess I’ll have to take it elsewhere to get looked at and fixed

I eventually just made the appointment on line in order to get in. You need to work on this aspect. I was thinking of going to fort Collins instead

This was my first service visit to McDonald Toyota with my new Landcruiser. When I pulled into the service bay, I was completely ignored for an uncomfortable amount of time. One service rep was busy with another customer. Tonya was working on her computer, but didn’t acknowledge my presence or say “I’ll be with you in a minute”, nothing. Just ignored me probably for about 5 - 7 minutes. When I made the appointment via phone, I was told this 5,000 mile service would take 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Shady business. Intentionally mishandled titling paperwork because we did not use their financing and they were unable to input our transaction into the "new system" as they would have preferred. Our case appears to be the 1 case where titling paperwork was not hand delivered to DMV as DMV confirmed typically occurs.
