A couple years ago I was told the clicking noise in my front end was due to a faulty CV Axle needed replaced and now I'm being told there's no faulty CV nor anything else.
We’ve always been pleased with McDonald Toyota. My service tech was kind and friendly. I just wish things moved a bit faster, nearly 2hrs for a tire rotation.
When the clear coat was put on they didn't wash the car. There is smudge under it. DISAPOINTED AND UPSET
All the staff - service & sales are nice folks. the facility is clean. My car is washed & service records are informative!

A very nice experience. Even though I didn’t use it because I had things to do, their coffee lounge is really nice and the fact they had to keep my car overnight and it was ready to roll at 7:30am was ideal for my schedule. Plus, it was washed clean. Good stuff.

Takes 2 hours for oil change with appointment. Told me I needed new brake pads but didn't bother to check my rotors. The person of contract didn't even bother talking to me, just sent me messages on my phone even though I was on site and 15 feet away.
Very nice dealership with plenty of selection, we spotted the exact truck we wanted, the Tacoma TRD Sport, and Gio was very quick to help us get a test drive, look at a comparison SR5 model (which we hated, lol) and get a great lease deal spun up. It took over 5 months to get my recall fixed on the Sequioa. It should have gone faster.

Mcdonald Toyota was the single smoothest and easiest dealership I have ever purchased from. We came in with a trade and a goal to purchase a specific vehicle, and that happened within 2 hours. Gio and team came in with an offer, accepted our counter offer, we signed and boom done. Everybody was friendly and professional, we didn't feel pressured or taken advantage of, it was one of the best experiences we've ever had in a dealership.

I made a reservation to do two things, oil change and recall repair. I had a letter that said I could make a reservation to get the recall. The dealership did not order the cover for the trailer hitch to do the recall.
I went in and they were so great got what I wanted. I would recommend them great company.
I thought some of the things they wanted to do extra was a little too pricey but the overall experience was good.

The cost of some add ons are ridiculous and can be had for less almost anywhere.

The people at McDonalds Toyota are friendly and customer oriented. They are also knowledgeable on the various products.
The actual service was very good. I had asked about a missing panel, and Caroline was able to get a new one ordered for no cost. I have not heard back on the status of the part. The panel was missing after the seat had been fixed, but now the seat has stopped folding again. I messaged Caroline, but there was no response.
Greeley Toyota has served us well. The sales staff in particular provides great care during our recent visits. We will learn more about the service department as Miles accrue.

I've always had great service with Toyota. However my last visit was not up to par. I as given a estimate time of an hour. It took an hour and a half. No one approached me to give me an update. I had to go find someone. When they were done I as told everything was fine. But it wasn't . The rear brake we marked caution and the filters were marked critical. Had my 5000 miles ToyotaCare maintenance interval scheduled. Within an hour I was out the door with all services completed.
I had an 11am appointment to get my oil changed. I dropped off at 11am. It took five, yes five, hours to get my oil changed.
Worked out well in the end but some time was wasted. Had issues with non existing features, connecting the car to the phone, and the password of the documents.
We worked with Gio and had an incredibly smooth, easy experience. No hard sell and TONS of accurate information with great communication. We drove from Boulder to pick up the car and it was completely worth it, plus they charged us much less than the local dealer.
This is Great dealership and service department would highly recommend to anyone that owns a Toyota!

Trying to get updates or ahold of someone in the service department is like pulling teeth from an alligator. Weren't able to answer questions about the work being done i.e is the repair come with a warranty.

I took my truck in for routine 85000 mile service and water pump replacement. The belt that was ordered or came with the water pump was the wrong one. My truck sat there overnight. Fri morning around 10, I recieve a call and was told my brakes were below specs. I said to go ahead and do them. I get a call at 2 to come and get my truck. The brakes were not done. Fraudulent. Don’t trust the people at this dealership. They didn’t do their jobs to notify customers about payments. Lost $13,000 because they didn’t even bother to notify me immediately. I’m working with a lawyer on this.

Abigail in Sales was very friendly, honest, and informative. Her manager Richard was also very helpful explaining our financing options. Finance paperwork was also quick and easy through digital forms completed right at the Sales desk.
