The people in the service department are beyond amazing. Gaige and his team completely fixed a major issue in my Highlander that other mechanics were refusing to fix because of the mileage. Not only that but they fixed things in both of our vehicles that were done by another mechanic. I am so glad to have found them, they were truly amazing to us! We will be coming here from now on.
Have been going to McDonald Toyota Greeley for 3-4 for years for routine maintenance and what not and everything has been great. I recently upgraded my pickup and got a new Tacoma. I worked with Gin and everything from start to finish was great. Put my money down and was given a time frame of when the truck would arrive and it arrived sooner than later. Doc fee was high ($799) but was able to obtain a deserable car at MSRP with no other mandatory dealer add-ons. Purchasing was quick and easy. Prepared paperwork before I arrived to value my time. Little bit of unneeded pressure to purchase prior to end of month, but not a big deal.
I have had several really good experiences with the service department on my used 4-Runner. On more than one occasion the service department went above and beyond to fix my vehicle at no charge to me and did it with a high level of customer service. I'm willing to pay the higher price because I know that I will be taken care of.

I brought my vehicle into the service center a couple of weeks ago. Best costumer service I could ever ask for from Dayvie. She called me everyday to give me updates on how everything was going, and was honest and accurate about how long it would take to have the vehicle back. Herself and the technician even saved me a little money and the car runs like new! I will definitely be coming back in the future for any mechanical needs thank you guys!
