Bought a used car and they were so great the whole way. Even after I bought the car, I had an issue and ended up in the shop at the Fort Morgan location. They had what we wanted. Service on our old car was questionable. The men whom we dealt as a customer were fine, but the old car never really got fixed.
Just wanted you to know Amanda and Shayne did an awesome job on my wife's car. Normally I go elsewhere instead of were I work because of employees always were put on the back burner, was never done or had to bring it back. Even after they found out it was my car, they were still professional with the whole job. I have changed my mind about bringing my vehicles here. I will for now on.
Great customer service, Mike got us through quick because we had an appointment afterwards. We will come back to get our recalls done as we didn’t have time this visit..

Caroline was professional, cheery and was willing to give me the information and then got my communication about holding off on a big repair bill. Once I figured out a plan to get the repairs done she was very willing to support what I need to do to get the repairs done. Her actions were opposite of what alot of people say about dealing with a dealership for repairs. It was a very easy experience aand done in less time than what was promised.

I recently brought my 2020 RAV4 to this dealership for routine service on 05/22/2026, which included a tire rotation. In the two weeks following the service, two of my hubcaps fell off while I was driving. I have owned this vehicle for six years and had never experienced a hubcap coming loose prior to this visit.

Dayvie was very helpful and explained things clearly. The work was completed within a reasonable time.
I like getting the video update from the car tech on my cell while I wait. I also like the waiting area, with coffee machine, water and energy bar. The car wash is nice as well.
They charge for everything which not necessarily. Their service is getting poor compared to 5-8 years ago.
They were terrific. It was a no pressure sale and I love my new Corolla Cross. Although they wanted to add some fees to my financing, they listened to my wants and agreed to my choice. I feel like they will be there for me if I need anything.
The best customer service I have had in a very long time. My truck feels amazing to drive and I love the suggestions. I will continue to have my vehicles serviced there.

Greg was great to work with. I had been looking all over for a RAV4 Hybrid and he was straightforward, responsive, and easy to deal with the whole time. No pressure, good communication, and the numbers matched what we discussed before I came in. Overall just a smooth experience and I’d definitely recommend working with him.
Greg Spencer helped me. He approached me in a helpful manor. He helped sort through my needs and the available options. When we reached a potential conclusion Greg worked with the sales manager and myself to agreeable terms. Putting together all of the needed paperwork was challenging. Greg was a great help throughout with all of this stuff. The sales manager Brad was open, helpful and patient. The Finance Manager Michael Rafuls patiently helped us swim the thru the ocean of paperwork.
They sold me a car that needed scheduled maintenance and could have blown the engine any time. I called about it and they would not try to fix the situation. I will not be returning nor sending anyone else there. Sales person was good but the sales manager like most only look at gain not keeping buyers safe or happy with the purchase. It was only 4 days later when I inquired about the problem and they have no returns and no compassion for the buyer. Beware!!
They did a great job with my 100,000 mile service. The services were performed as approved and in a timely manner
After waiting to be helped, I was told that it would be about an hour and a half for an oil change. After over two hours, my car was finally finished. It cost $180.00 for an oil change and front wiper blades, which I think is ridiculous. I called the next day with a question about the bill and was told that I would be called back. Always room for improvement I feel like when bringing your vehicle in for service. A tire rotation should be provided free of charge. At this time I go somewhere else where is free to rotate my tires.
I go here because it's easier. Amanda is fine. I was upset because when I got a flat tire and called to find out about getting it fixed, they couldn't tell me because they had not idea what size tire my car has. I’m always cautious going into a dealer, but Greg disarmed us from the beginning with his friendliness and understanding. They tried desperately to sell me an alignment that I didn’t need. My trust is very low with the service department and the company. The only one I trust is my mechanic he was great
I had a coupon for an oil change for $49.95. Unfortunately when I paid my bill there was an additional charge if $9.18. When I asked about this I was told it is added for the use of the coupon. Really!! An 18% add on just for using the coupon!! I was completely satisfied with the work but found this upcharge pretty aggravating!!

Greg Spencer was my sales contact. He was fantastic. Very clear communication on expectations and process. Delivered exactly what we wanted and within the time-frame we established up front. Chad’s Reiss handled the loan and documentation process like a pro. Closed in less than 30 minutes.
Good work but very expensive. Rork Marney was very helpful and kept me updated throughout the service. I was disappointed by how long it took to complete the work required.

This is the 2nd vehicle we purchased with Greg Spencer as our salesman/facilitator. Both times were we purchased were excellent. He knew our financial situation and was careful about what we could afford. Greg worked with his financial colleagues and found the perfect way forward for us. He followed up on his sales a few times, making sure we were satisfied and if we had any further questions. We never felt pressured, but we (and Greg) knew the Toyota brand is high quality. We are totally thrilled with our experience.
It's always a pleasure having my car serviced with McDonald! Amanda was great and not only took care of my scheduled service but also arranged for a warranty service to be done at the same time. It was nice to get everything done all at one appointment. She even arranged a nice loaner car so I could get my errands done instead of waiting.
Retail of parts was no more than $168. Total bill with labor, shop fees, diagnostics, taxes and fee for using my credit card was over $800!!!!!!!!!!!!! $632 above the actual parts cost!!!! $54 for shop fees for what!!! $175 diagnostic fee for attaching a computer and looking at the screen!! I will not be bringing my cars back for any other service unless I absolutely am forced to.

Shady business practices. During a service appointment, the dealership's sale department reached out to me offering to purchase my vehicle ( I had a clean title in hand - no loan). A warranty I didn't ask for was added to my contract. It was for Courtesy Guard Limited Warranty. When I got home, I looked over the contract and noticed this warranty and immediately let Chad know I did not want this. He stated he would look into this and that it might have been a clerical error. He later stated he would send me a check for the $550 that was added to my loan with Toyota Financial, which I said would work for me. The Staff was very helpful and respectful of my time and gave me a good estimate of repair.
The completed work is always as expected, with a detailed explanation of work, timing, pricing and what my car will need in the future. I never feel pressured and the waiting room is very comfortable in meeting all of my needs.

My dissatisfication came from toyota or the service department themselves. My 25 Tacoma has 30000 highway. Miles on it. Currently, 15000 miles ago. I started noticing a tiny bit of rotor warpage.
The weekend before I took it to toyota I was traveling on flat highway through New Mexico, going around a corner, going down a slight incline. Recall work that forgot to hook up the connection to the radiator fan which caused the Tacoma to over heat. A service member walked me through a possible fix over the phone. I then found the disconnected cable and reattached it which restarted the fan. I hope there was no damage to the vehicle.

First Rate Experience buying my first Toyota! Ted in Sales and Scott in Management solved (and put up with) my every question and concern. I returned a few days after purchase to check and ensure correct alignment, tire balance, etc. The service team was excellent - McDonald surprised me with an actual progress video from Tony the technician fully explaining his work and the results. Who does that?! Dayvie in service also fully reviewed every detail. This unusual level of consideration and explanation has given me a welcome feeling of satisfaction!

Ever since McDonald has take taken over this dealership our experience has steadily worsened. When we've had service done on our 1998 Tacoma, on more than one occasion there have been issues. The most recent incident occurring when technicians left a clip on a brake line that another repair shop found. There have also been problems purchasing parts, where we've have been given the incorrect parts for our vehicle requiring multiple trips (over 30 miles each trip) to exchange for the correct parts.
